High purity systems
WILHELM SCHMIDT stainless steel tanks in high-purity design are used for applications that require absolute freedom from particles. The robust tanks made of 316L stainless steel are designed without dead space, welded without gaps using the orbital process and completely electropolished for the highest surface quality. The extraction equipment consists of diaphragm valves with cross-flushing function, which are subjected to a helium leakage test during final acceptance.
Our product range for the semiconductor industry offers UN transport vessels for ultra-pure media, process vessels for high-purity processes and stainless steel vessels with ETFE inner coating for metal-free applications. All systems are available from 0.1 to 1,400 litres and can also be used as bubblers for chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD).
