The robust tanks made of 316L stainless steel are designed without dead space, welded without gaps using the orbital process and completely electropolished for the highest surface quality. The extraction equipment consists of <strong>diaphragm valves<\/strong> with <strong>cross-flushing function<\/strong>, which are subjected to a <strong>helium leakage test<\/strong> during final acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>Our product range for the semiconductor industry offers UN transport vessels for <strong>ultra-pure media<\/strong>, process vessels for high-purity processes and stainless steel vessels with <strong>ETFE inner coating<\/strong> for <strong>metal-free applications<\/strong>.
