During scale-up, new challenges arise when working with highly active substances, pressure conditions have to be taken into account or aseptic or GMP-compliant processes are required. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"780\">In these cases, robust, pressure-resistant and autoclavable bioreactors made of stainless steel from Wilhelm Schmidt are used. We specialize in laboratory-scale preparation vessels and support pharmaceutical companies in safe and realistic process development. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1131\">Our systems are based on a modular platform system with thermoforming trays from our own production. This comprises up to 15 standardized volumes from 100 ml to 500 liters.
