Aseptic Production and Packaging
Laboratories use smallest stainless steel vessels (from 0.1 liter) to research lead structures and prepare investigational medicinal products. Pilot plant use small bioreactors (e.g. 10 liters) for process development. Pharmaceutical productions use larger batch containers (e.g. 200 liters) for aseptic productions. For sterile packaging, storage and transport stainless steel pharmaceutical cans and pharmaceutical bottles from 0.03 to 30 liters are used.
Sterile Filling and Packaging
GMP-suitable sanitary workmanship
The standardized sterile design of stainless steel pressure vessels and cans excludes cross-contamination. The design minimizes microbial adhesion, avoids dead spots and allows easy cleaning. All vessels and bottles are made of material grade 316L. They are welded, grinded and electropolished without gaps. Vessels up to 50 liters only one round welding seam. Tri-clamp nozzles and connections allow easy assembly. FDA compliant gaskets are chemical and temperature resistant. The supplied documentation is GMP-compliant.
