Pressure vessels for aseptic use

WILHELM SCHMIDT pharmaceutical containers are designed for the production of aseptic preparations. The product design avoids dead spaces and excludes cross-contamination and germ adhesion. All type series are made of 316L stainless steel, welded without gaps, ground and electropolished. Tri-clamp connections allow easy assembly, the FDA-compliant seals are chemical and temperature resistant.

As pressure vessels, sterility can be achieved by steam sterilisation and in autoclaves. Each type series is available in a customisable modular system in 15 standard sizes from 0.1 to 500 litres. For mobile use in the sterile field, we offer trolleys with magnetic drive, thermostat and scales. The documentation is GMP-compliant.
